Ribeye with Roasted Garlic and Mushrooms
This is from last summer.
Sautéed some roasted garlic cloves and Portobello mushroom in some Worcestershire sauce. Grilled the Ribeyes with some Hickory wood chips.
Poured some of the liquid from the mushrooms and garlic on the steaks
