Pork Rib Roast Southwestern Style

Another dish I made last summer. On the bean dish - I used Bush's Southwestern beans and added some corn and white mushrooms.

My Blog

I have created this blog so I can keep track of the meals that I make so, I can make them again (if it was good). I am not a cook or a chef. I just love food and making something that can be a work of art. I am not working from any recipes overall. These are dishes that I create.

I have three other blogs: a Cigar blog, Wine blog, and a Beer blog. I have posted about food on each of these over the years. I just need a place where all the food is in one place. I plan to import some of my postings from these blogs and I will be creating some new ones along the way.
